Summary
A business analyst in Hong Kong serving as the bridge between business users and technical developers on banking application projects. Day to day: running feasibility studies, business analysis, preparing and coordinating UAT, and assisting with project management and implementation.
Responsibilities:
Act as a key interface between business users and technical developers.
Perform feasibility study for new IT initiatives and business analysis on banking applications.
Prepare User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans and coordinate overall UAT.
Assist in project management and implementation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent.
Knowledge of banking applications preferred.
Self-motivated, possess analytical-mind and excellent problem-solving skills.
Able to work with end users, in-house development team and external vendors.
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
