Business Analyst – Banking

Salary: ₱50,000 – ₱70,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with solid experience in the banking industry. The successful candidate will work with business and technical teams to understand requirements, improve processes, and support the delivery of business and IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements.

• Coordinate with business users and technical teams.

• Create business requirements and process documentation.

• Analyze and improve existing business processes.

• Assist in system enhancements and implementation projects.

• Conduct UAT and support issue resolution.

• Ensure solutions meet business requirements.

• Communicate project updates and requirements to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of Business Analyst experience.

• Banking industry experience is required.

• Strong business and requirements analysis skills.

• Experience in UAT and process documentation.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Willing to work full onsite in Ayala, Makati City.

• Willing to work on a day shift.
