Business Analyst

Wolters Kluwer in Lucca, Tuscany, Italy is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to develop and analyze statistical models and dashboards, leveraging relationships with GMs, Product Managers and Sales Executives to drive insights and revenue growth.

You will collect data, apply advanced analytics (regression, CHAID/CART) and deliver actionable BI reports, collaborating with management and ensuring governance.

Develop sophisticated dashboards and scorecards. Conduct thorough data analyses to extract actionable insights. Collaborate with management to define business questions and data requirements. Support ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Identify and interpret major trends in large datasets. Maintain and optimize BI tools and reports. Document findings and communicate recommendations clearly. Ensure adherence to data privacy and governance standards. Bachelor's degree in IT/Data Technology, Accounting or Finance. At least 2+ years in a comparable BI/analytics role. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
