Our client, a top name in their field, is seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst with a strong background in CRM software. You will play a critical role in enhancing and streamlining our business processes through the effective use of CRM solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements for CRM projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement CRM solutions that meet the needs of our business
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet their needs
- Recommend process improvements and increased efficiency through the use of CRM systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales, and other relevant departments
- Provide training and support for end-users on CRM processes and systems
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on CRM software
- Proven experience with CRM software and related systems
- Strong understanding of business processes, including customer service and sales
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
