As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough analysis of business requirements for Salesforce projects
- Working with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with the company's objectives
- Leading discussions and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet their needs
- Proposing process improvements and increased efficiency through the use of Salesforce systems
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales, and other relevant departments
- Providing training and support to end-users on Salesforce processes and systems
- Analyzing data and providing valuable insights to support decision-making
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce and related systems
- In-depth understanding of business processes, including customer service and sales
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
