Technical Operations
- Administer and support Jira Data Center infrastructure, including upgrades, configuration, and plugin management, such as ScriptRunner and Groovy scripting.
- Maintain and support SSL/TLS and HTTPS configurations, including migration and transition activities where required.
- Debug, maintain, and support REST API integrations between Jira and external systems.
- Troubleshoot database-related issues, including database connection management and performance tuning.
Product & Systems
- Develop a strong understanding of Jira Data Center capabilities and recommend appropriate technical solutions based on business requirements.
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into system features, configurations, and technical solutions.
- Configure and support Jira Plans (Advanced Roadmaps) and address cross-project dependencies within Jira Data Center.
Support & Stakeholder Management
- Monitor and manage SLA compliance, ticket triage, and issue resolution across different severity levels.
- Act as a primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate technical solutions, and support issue resolution.
