Business Analyst cum Developer (Jira)
Key Responsibilities
- Own and support a custom Jira Data Center application, including O&M lifecycle, ticket management, troubleshooting and deployment planning.
- Administer Jira Data Center infrastructure, upgrades, configurations and plugins such as ScriptRunner/Groovy.
- Maintain SSL/HTTPS infrastructure and support migration activities.
- Debug and maintain REST API integrations with external systems.
- Resolve database-level issues, including connection management and performance tuning.
- Provide Jira Data Center product expertise and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Gather requirements and perform business analysis to translate requirements into features.
- Configure Jira Plans and resolve cross-project dependencies.
- Manage SLA compliance, ticket triage and resolution across severity levels.
- Act as the primary point of contact between engineering teams and business stakeholders.
