Business Analyst – Data, Analytics & AI Solutions

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst (BA) to join our growing technology consulting team.

In this role, you will help turn real business challenges into practical technology solutions. Working closely with clients, our Technical Lead, and development teams, you will be involved in exciting projects ranging from data platforms and business analytics to AI-powered applications and process automation.

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, understands both business and technology, and can take ownership to drive successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business requirements into clear, structured specifications for technical implementation.

• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including client discovery, solution scoping, proposal development, and solution presentations.

• Lead client discussions and requirements workshops to understand business objectives, challenges, processes, and functional needs.

• Act as a key bridge between clients and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on requirements, deliverables, and changes.

• Collaborate closely with the Technical Lead and development team to define solution workflows, functionalities, data requirements, and system integrations.

• Prepare and maintain high-quality project documentation, including BRD, FRD, process flows, meeting minutes, presentations, and user manuals.

• Support end-to-end project delivery, from solution design and development coordination to testing, deployment, and user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT Consulting, Technology Implementation, or a related role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements for technology projects.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing tasks, taking ownership of deliverables, and handling multiple priorities.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).

• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools) to enhance productivity and improve the quality of work.

• Good command of Thai and English, both written and spoken.
