We're partnering with a leading technology organisation that is expanding its team and seeking multiple Business Analysts to join their Melbourne-based team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with stakeholders, clients, technical teams and project leads to analyse business needs, improve processes and deliver practical solutions that support organisational success.
About the Role
- Elicit, analyse and document business requirements and objectives.
- Analyse data to identify trends, insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Document and model current and future business processes.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and business improvement.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops and presentations.
- Develop detailed reports, documentation and business insights.
- Work closely with clients, technical teams and management to deliver effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain project plans and monitor project performance.
- Create, implement and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, solutions and project activities.
- Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, users and project teams.
- Support and lead project-based initiatives as required.
- 5+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation capability.
- Proven ability to engage, influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Strong technical and business documentation skills.
- Experience preparing detailed reports and delivering presentations.
- Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into practical solutions.
- Experience working across complex technology or business transformation projects.
- Strong process modelling and optimisation experience.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
