Business Analyst - IT Healthcare (HIS)
Summary
Business analyst on a Hospital Information System (HIS) delivery team in Kuala Lumpur: gathers requirements and runs business process studies, performs Q&A on application software, supports and troubleshoots for users, documents systems, and assists with pre-sales demos and tender bids. Requires a CS degree, hands-on HIS experience, strong English, and Malaysian citizenship.
Salary: RM 5,000 – RM 7,500 per month
Requirements:
Good university degree in computer science or equivalent
Hands-on experience in implementing Hospital Information or related systems
Have working experience in business especially relating to Hospital Information System
Must be analytical, detail and systematic & consistent focus on quality
Must have strong management, organizational and communication skills with emphasis on English (as NOVA operates in the region)
Willing to travel
Malaysian only
Responsibilities:
Work with a team of software professionals to meet project targets and quality objectives
Work in delivering multi-million dollars Hospital Information System project through ISO Standard project plan and implementation
Interact effectively with stakeholders / users at all levels (Administrative, Informational, Therapeutic, Diagnostic, Support Services, etc)
Provide periodic updates of the progress of activities to the project stakeholders
Perform Q&A tasks on application software
Provide support to existing users
Assist existing users in diagnosing and solving problems
Gather and perform business process studies on new requirements or projects
Assist in tender bidding activities wherever requires
Assist in Pre-Sales activities (demo, etc) wherever requires
Documentation related to systems and users
The job scope is not restricted to the above as assignments to other tasks but within the Healthcare industry may be assigned based on company’s needs
