Business Analyst (Mining, IoT)
Summary

About the role
This is a Business Analyst role focused on analyzing business processes, identifying needs and improvement opportunities, and translating business requirements into structured documentation and technical specifications.
Key responsibilities
Analyze business processes to identify business needs, pain points, gaps, and improvement opportunities
Conduct requirement gathering through interviews, discussions, workshops, and observations
Translate business requirements into structured functional and technical documentation
Prepare BRD, HSD, Functional Specifications, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, BPMN, and Process Flow
Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers, QA, DevOps, and Solution Architects
Monitor project delivery, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues
Facilitate requirement reviews, backlog refinement, UAT preparation, UAT execution, and business acceptance
Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and agreed acceptance criteria
About you
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major; background in Management, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or related fields is preferred
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role in application development or digital projects
Experience in Mining, Plantation, IoT/Hardware, Managed Services, or Enterprise Applications is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and business process analysis skills
Experienced in requirement gathering, documentation, UAT, and system implementation
Understand Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Familiar with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
Experienced in preparing BRD, HSD, Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Process Flow
Familiar with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Notion, or Azure DevOps
Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
