To help deliver this exciting roadmap, we're looking for a Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to join our IT team in a newly created permanent role.
You will partner with the business and IT teams to uncover requirements, shape solutions and keep projects on track. You'll coordinate delivery activities, maintain core project artefacts and support governance forums. You'll also play a key role in UAT, vendor engagement and continuous improvement, helping initiatives progress smoothly across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements
- Translate needs into functional specifications, user stories and process maps
- Support solution design and collaborate with external vendors and implementation partners
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, defect management and stakeholder engagement
- Maintain project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, action registers and status reports
- Facilitate workshops, meetings and governance activities
- Support project communications, change management and implementation activities
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve ways of working across the business
About You:
- Previous experience in a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator or similar role
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation and process-mapping skills
- Exposure to project delivery methodologies and the full project lifecycle
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint or similar collaboration platforms
- Strong technical and business acumen
- Passionate about achieving strong commercial outcomes
- Ability to work both autonomously or in a team
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT or a related discipline (desirable)
