Business Analyst (Project Management Team, Sales Support)

Salary: ฿33,333 – ฿50,000 per month
Team: Project Management Team, working with the Sales team and our data and AI service teams
Experience: 1 to 2 years
About the role
You will be the analytical link between our sales team and our delivery teams. You will turn client needs, RFPs, and TORs into clear scopes, proposals, and project plans across our data and AI services. You will also make sure each won project moves smoothly from sales to delivery.
Key responsibilities
Read RFPs, TORs, and client briefs, and summarize scope, deliverables, timeline, and risks for the sales team.
Map each opportunity to our services (Data and AI Strategy, Data and AI Governance, Data Management Platform, AI Governance Platform) and identify which teams and skills are needed.
Help prepare proposals, work breakdowns, effort estimates, and pricing inputs together with consultants and project managers.
For platform opportunities, capture client requirements, current systems, and integration needs, and turn them into clear functional requirements for the solution team.
Research clients, industries, and relevant standards and regulations to support bid or no-bid decisions.
Coordinate between sales, project managers, consultants, and platform teams during the proposal and handover stages.
Support project setup, including scope documents, timelines, resource plans, and risk logs.
Track deliverables, action items, and deadlines across opportunities and active projects.
Prepare meeting minutes, presentation slides, requirement documents, and internal reports in clear Thai and English.
Maintain a library of reusable proposal content, case summaries, and templates for each service line.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of experience as a business analyst, project coordinator, sales, or consulting analyst.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working with data.
Proficient in MS Teams, Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
Good written and spoken Thai and English, with the ability to explain data and AI topics to non-technical audiences.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage several deadlines at once.
Proactive and comfortable working with senior clients and internal stakeholders.
