Salary: Rp 4.000.000 – Rp 6.000.000 per month
About the role
The Business Analyst (BA) role involves analysing and evaluating business processes from ideation through to implementation. You will identify needs, pain points, gaps, and problems requiring resolution, and translate business requirements into structured specifications for both technical and non-technical teams.
Key responsibilities
Analyse and evaluate user business processes to identify needs, pain points, gaps, and problems
Conduct requirement gathering through discussions, interviews, workshops, and observations to understand stakeholder objectives
Translate business needs into structured requirements for technical and non-technical teams
Prepare and maintain documentation including BRD, HSD, TSD/Functional Specification, User Story, Acceptance Criteria, Business Process Flow, and Business Success Criteria
Create flowcharts, BPMN diagrams, swimlanes, tables, and other visualisations to represent business processes and required solutions
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly
Conduct requirement elaboration with Developers, QA, Solution Architects, DevOps, and related teams, providing clarification during development
Oversee project delivery and timelines, monitoring progress, milestones, tasks, dependencies, issues, and completion targets
Prepare and update delivery plans and project trackers to ensure project activities align with agreed targets
Monitor achievement of Business Success Criteria, user adoption, and feedback post-implementation for continuous improvement
About you
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role in digital application/solution development
Minimum S1 (Bachelor's degree) qualification from any discipline; background in Management, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Project Management is advantageous
Strong attitude and communication skills
Fast learner, self-starter, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively
Strong capabilities in business process analysis, problem solving, root-cause analysis, and solution-oriented thinking
Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, requirement documentation, UAT, and system implementation
Understanding of application/software development lifecycle from requirement through to post-implementation support
Ability to manage and monitor delivery, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues
Ability to communicate and coordinate with users, Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers, QA, DevOps, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders
Professional communication capability in Indonesian and English, both verbal and written
