• Brisbane based, hybrid working (2-3 days per week onsite)

The role

• Lead planning, coordination and requirements delivery across toolset evaluation, platform consolidation and security posture uplift workstreams
• Analyse current-state endpoint management practices across legacy and cloud platforms to identify gaps and consolidation opportunities
• Analyse employee usage data to support evidence-based investment decisions
• Document current deployment and maintenance processes, identifying opportunities to reduce multi-month deployment cycles
• Produce process maps and requirements documentation to BPMN standard, engaging stakeholders and SMEs across both programs

What you'll bring

• Significant experience rapidly eliciting, analysing, documenting and prioritising requirements across multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in process analysis and redesign, producing BPMN-standard process maps
• Discovery and current-state assessment experience supporting migration or platform consolidation planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and presentation ability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines across two concurrent programs
