Summary
Business Analyst for an 18-month contract focused on IT Managed Services and ITSM transformation. Responsibilities include analyzing service contracts, facilitating workshops to define future-state requirements, and developing RFP documentation using ITIL frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
Analyse existing IT managed service contracts, service catalogues and operational responsibilities.
Facilitate workshops to define future-state service requirements and delivery models.
Develop business, functional and non-functional requirements to support the RFP process.
Define measurable service outcomes, SLAs, KPIs and supplier evaluation criteria.
Identify opportunities for automation, AI augmentation and service optimisation.
Assess service boundaries, internal capabilities and opportunities for outsourcing or insourcing.
Document current-state and future-state processes, dependencies and service requirements.
Support supplier evaluation, clarification activities and requirements traceability.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven Business Analyst experience across enterprise IT environments.
Strong background in IT Managed Services, IT outsourcing or ITSM transformation.
Experience developing requirements for RFPs, RFQs or technology sourcing initiatives.
Understanding of IT service delivery models, SLAs, KPIs and vendor management.
Experience with current-state analysis, gap assessments and future-state operating models.
Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and documentation skills.
Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT service management practices.
Exposure to automation, AI-enabled services or IT operating model transformation is highly regarded.
