Description
Salary: Rp 8.500.000 – Rp 10.500.000 per month
About the role
This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements, analyzing requirements and proposing solutions to address business needs, and conducting requirement gathering, solution analysis, application testing, and production support. You will perform business and user requirement analysis, develop project documentation, and execute each phase of the full software development life cycle from scoping to end-user testing.
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements
Analyze requirements and propose solutions to address business needs, challenges, and pain points
Conduct requirement gathering, solution analysis, application testing, and production support
Perform business and user requirement analysis, including creating mockups
Develop project documentation, such as functional specifications, business cases, process flows, and user stories
Execute each phase of the full software development life cycle, from scoping to end-user testing
Work closely with design, development, and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and track project progress
Participate in ideation, research, design, development, and launch of new products
Ensure quality assurance of features according to industry best practices
Analyze business data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
About you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Banking/Financial Service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in computer applications and relevant software tools
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proven experience in requirement elicitation, documentation, and testing
Familiarity with Jira or other project management tools
Own laptop required for role-related activities, primarily during office hours
Strong knowledge of SDLC & Agile/Scrum
Willingness to work overtime when needed
