Job Title: Business Analyst Intern / Trainee

Role Overview:
We are looking for a smart, hardworking, and detail-oriented fresher or intern who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, create documentation, and support project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and understanding business requirements
- Create and maintain documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows)
- Translate business needs into functional requirements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries using Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Support data analysis and day-to-day project tasks
- Participate in team discussions and project meetings
- Coordinate with developers, QA, and product teams
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for productivity
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Good documentation and structuring ability
- Logical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have:
- Exposure to JIRA / Confluence
- Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Any internship/project experience
