Business Analyst (Transaction Banking Cash & Trade)
Summary
Business Analyst for Shell Infotech’s transaction banking cash & trade systems, documenting specs, coordinating UAT, and rolling out banking software in Singapore.
- Must have experience in IT Project PMO and/or Business Analyst roles.
- Proven experience in developing technical and functional specification documentation, including traceability matrices, test case design, and execution.
- Background in banking, with direct experience working in or supporting transaction banking business.
- Successful track record in completing system rollouts within banking environments.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect tracking.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Experience drafting operational procedures to support new systems and processes.
- Ability to conduct training sessions for internal teams to ensure adoption and knowledge transfer.
- Creative and critical thinking skills to identify innovative solutions that address evolving business challenges.
