Business Analyst

We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-performing Technology Delivery & Strategy team on an initial 6-month contract. This role will play a key part in delivering strategic technology, infrastructure, and cyber security initiatives, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to drive meaningful transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and discovery sessions to identify current and future-state processes.
• Produce business analysis artefacts including process maps, user stories, business requirements and use cases.
• Act as the key liaison between business teams, technology teams, vendors and delivery partners.
• Support business readiness, change impact assessments and adoption activities for technology initiatives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to technology-driven business transformation programs.

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering technology, infrastructure, cyber security or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage across all levels of an organisation.
• Demonstrated experience eliciting requirements and facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into business-friendly language.
• Experience in process mapping, business process improvement and organisational change activities.
• Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid or Waterfall delivery methodologies and enterprise technology environments.
