Business Analyst

Salary: $130k - $150k + super + full NFP salary pkg

Reporting to the Portfolio & Delivery Lead, you'll join a collaborative team of five in a modern delivery environment where your expertise, curiosity and ability to bring clarity to ambiguity will be highly valued. Working across multiple business improvement and technology initiatives, you'll play a key role in transforming ideas into practical outcomes that support the continued growth and success of the organisation.

About the Role

This is not a role where you'll spend your days simply documenting requirements. We're looking for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, understanding how work really happens, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping stakeholders navigate change with confidence.

Working across multiple initiatives, you'll partner with operational leaders, technical teams and project stakeholders to drive discovery, analyse business challenges and translate needs into practical, value-driven solutions.

What You'll Do in Your New Role

· Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder engagement to identify business needs and opportunities.

· Analyse and improve business processes to drive efficiency, standardisation and better outcomes.

· Gather, document and manage business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.

· Partner with business and technical teams to design practical, value-driven solutions.

· Support delivery, testing and implementation while ensuring solutions align with business objectives.

About You

You're an experienced Business Analyst who knows how to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions constructively and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.

You thrive in environments where no two days are the same and enjoy working through ambiguity to uncover practical solutions. You're equally comfortable facilitating workshops with business leaders, collaborating with technical teams or analysing complex processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

You'll bring:

· Proven Business Analyst experience delivering transformation, technology or process improvement initiatives.

· Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to facilitate effective workshops and drive outcomes.

· Experience gathering, documenting and translating business requirements into practical solutions.

· Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

· Ability to manage competing priorities independently; experience within disability, health or community services is highly regarded.
