Business Data Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Marketing and Operations teams by providing forecasts derived from in-depth analysis of customer, market, and internal company data.
  
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large and complex datasets, transforming raw data into meaningful insights and actionable business intelligence.
  
• Partner with key stakeholders to gather and validate market intelligence, including customer behavior, competitor trends, and operational flow data.
  
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to deliver effective and scalable data solutions that meet business needs.
  
• Design and develop data visualization dashboards and reports to support informed, data-driven decision-making.
  
• Apply statistical and analytical techniques to identify patterns, trends, and correlations within datasets for diagnostic and predictive analysis.
  
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, analytical processes, and overall business performance.
  
• Identify data inconsistencies or errors and perform necessary corrections to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Bachelors degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline.
  
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as SPSS, SAS, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  
• Working knowledge of programming languages and data tools such as SQL, R, and Python.
  
• Strong willingness and ability to learn new technologies and analytical methodologies.
  
• Analytical and critical thinking mindset with a strong passion for problem-solving.
  
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in business metrics analysis and performance measurement.
