Business Development Executive

Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior professionals with up to 1 year of experience in international calling who are eager to build a career in business development. You will play a key role in generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, and supporting the business development team in driving new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make international inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
  
• Conduct email outreach campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
  
• Identify potential clients through research and build a qualified prospect database.
  
• Qualify leads through initial conversations and follow up with prospects as required.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.
  
• Support the Business Development team with day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth lead handover process.
  

Candidate Profile

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B lead generation or international sales support is an added advantage.
  
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is a plus.
