Business Development Manager (MNC/HVAC/Cooling systems)

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Development: Identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities in targeted industries.

• Business Pipeline Development: Identify sales leads and approach key customers with regional and global teams to expand market penetration.

• Strategic Partnerships: Build partnerships with key industry stakeholders, including owners, electrolyzer manufacturers, and EPC contractors.

• Solution Development: Lead regional and global teams to develop suitable proposals based on customer needs.

• Marketing Campaigns: Lead trade shows, marketing initiatives, and lunch-and-learn seminars.

• Team Capability Development: Strengthen the team's product portfolio and application knowledge to influence customer designs and specifications.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role within an international manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of cooling systems, industrial markets, market developments, and projects.

• Ability to identify key market stakeholders and penetrate target customer accounts.

• Ability to influence internal stakeholders without direct reporting authority.

• Strong English communication skills and ability to work with international customers.

• Strong market analysis and business judgment.

• Innovative, resourceful, proactive, and responsive.

• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
