- Define and own technical solutions and requirements for new WLP FO functionality within your scope, recommending best practices and driving alignment across product management, software architecture, and key stakeholders
- Champion the conceptual and technical integrity of payment authorization features within your domain, leading technical reviews and contributing to quality standards across the wider expert team
- Guide and formally mentor junior and mid-level team members on complex technical and business challenges within your domain, serving as the best-practices and quality resource
- Lead functional teams or projects within your WLP FO domain, coordinating cross-functional efforts and ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives in collaboration with the WLP FO Architects
