Business Engineer - Senior

L’opportunité

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Issuing Division based in the Netherlands.

The Business Analyst will be in the lead of the business requirements gathering and will support the senior experts during the project implementation and maintenance of the Issuing platforms running on different technological environments. Issuing Division activities consist in creating new services, or enhancing/maintaining existing services to cope with clients demands in different European locations dedicated to issuing processing, while providing third level support for running business.

We are searching for an analyst with a deep understanding of the payment business, an outstanding background in banking sector and, in addition to speaking Dutch, speaking a professional English (C1) as the role requires the availability for face-to-face meetings with our clients in all European regions.

Vos responsabilités au quotidien

• You will be in direct contact with our clients, helping in the definition of new opportunities and addressing customer requests toward the WL teams
• You will gather and detail clients requirements, based on input of internal and external clients/stakeholders
• You will coordinate the requirements engineers for the requirements elicitation
• You will design a solution, in close alignment with the Solution Architects and Information Analysts/Engineers
• You will evaluate the impact of the solution, including budget estimations for all involved stakeholders, including external suppliers
• You will cooperate with many development and testing teams from different departments

• You can have a degree in economic or scientific areas, first class scores
• You've got substantial knowledge in digital payments market, payment schemes, card lifecycle and banking segment
• You enjoy working with international teams; possess strong communication and presentation skills, and are excellent in conflicts management and stress tolerance
• You act pro-actively, with strong ownership and end-to-end accountability
• You are passionate about new opportunities, goals driven initiatives, innovations and challenges, conducted in a cooperative and international environment
• You are excellent in requirement engineering, solutions definitions and analytic approach. Expertise in Scrum framework is a plus
• You are living in the Netherlands for client proximity and for supporting face-to-face meetings with the Dutch clients
• You master written and spoken Dutch and English (C1). Other languages are a plus
• You have 5+ years of experience working in Information Technology and digital payment sector
• You are flexible for occasional business travel
