Business Innovation Analyst (AI & SCM Digital Solutions)

Key Responsibilities

· Identify business challenges and opportunities that can be addressed through AI, automation, and digital technologies.

· Champion AI adoption by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending practical business applications.

· Engage business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and business objectives.

· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.

· Map business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

· Translate business requirements into solution designs that guide development teams and technology partners.

· Support solution scoping, feasibility assessment, and business case preparation.

· Coordinate end-to-end product delivery from concept through implementation and continuous enhancement.

· Work closely with internal and outsourced development teams to clarify requirements and monitor project progress.

· Collaborate with technology partners, solution providers, and internal engineering teams to deliver integrated digital solutions.

· Lead and coordinate Proof of Concept (PoC),pilot deployments, and solution demonstrations to validate business value and technical feasibility.

· Track solution delivery milestones, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills &Experience

· Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

· Experience in business analysis, digital transformation, innovation, supply chain, or technology-related roles.

· Strong skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and translating business needs into practical solutions.

· Strong curiosity and learning agility in AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to experiment, develop ideas, and prototype AI agents or automation solutions.

· Passionate AI champion who can identify use cases, promote adoption, and translate AI opportunities into tangible business value.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
