Business Process Analyst engaged via recruitment firm 4impact for a community services/not-for-profit client in Brisbane. Day to day: facilitating current/future-state workshops, producing BPMN process maps, swimlanes and value streams, and building process governance within a People Experience (Hire-to-Retire) Transformation Program.
4impact has partnered with a leading organisation in the community services and not-for-profit sector undertaking a significant enterprise-wide transformation focused on employee experience, operational excellence, business design and technology enablement.
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst - Process Transformation to play a critical role within a major People Experience Transformation Program, helping redesign and modernise the end-to-end Hire-to-Retire lifecycle while uplifting organisational process maturity and governance capability.
Business Context
Our client is entering a pivotal period of change following a recent separation from its parent organisation and the establishment of a more independent operating environment.
The organisation has also recently appointed a new Chief Information Officer who is leading the development of a contemporary technology and transformation capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workshops to document current-state business processes and service delivery models
- Facilitate future-state design sessions with stakeholders across the business
- Develop high-quality BPMN process maps, swimlane diagrams and value stream artefacts
- Identify process inefficiencies, risks, control gaps and improvement opportunities
- Support end-to-end value stream mapping and redesign activities
- Establish standards for process documentation, ownership and ongoing management
- Facilitate workshops, working groups and design sessions
- Support business readiness, organisational change and transformation activities
- Ensure process outcomes transition effectively into future-state delivery streams and technology initiatives
