Position: Call Center Agent (In-Office, Night Shift – B Schedule)Location: Lenexa, KSPay: $17.30 / +3.00 for a base rate of $20.30Schedule: 4:50 PM - 5:00 AM // Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Alternate Wednesday

About the Role:We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Driver Call Center Agent to support critical rail personnel transportation operations. This is a fast-paced, in-office position ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys solving problems, and wants to make a real impact in the transportation industry.

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate and ensure timely coverage of driver trips
Monitor trip accuracy and provide support where needed
Escalate issues to field operations or customers when appropriate
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in our internal systems
Communicate professionally with field management and other team members
Take on additional tasks as assigned
