Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project
You will be involved in a financial project focused on the evolution and modernisation of a complex Core Banking environment based on Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact. You will shape the target architecture and support the long-term development of scalable, resilient and maintainable banking capabilities. The project covers integrations between Core Banking, payments, digital channels, lending, deposits, customer management and data platforms. You will work across multiple initiatives, collaborating with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects and external partners. A key focus will be maintaining the stability, security and resilience of critical banking services while simplifying and modernising the platform.
Responsibilities you'll have
- Shaping and evolving the Temenos T24 Core Banking architecture roadmap
- Defining target-state architecture, principles and standards
- Providing end-to-end architectural leadership across complex initiatives
- Designing integrations across Core Banking systems and surrounding platforms
- Driving platform modernisation and simplification
- Promoting API-first, event-driven and cloud-enabled architecture patterns
- Defining requirements for availability, security, performance, scalability and resilience
- Assessing architectural risks, technical debt and lifecycle concerns
- Leading architecture reviews and ensuring alignment with enterprise and regulatory standards
- Collaborating with business, engineering, architecture teams and external suppliers
Expected competences and knowledge

Significant experience with Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact

Strong Core Banking architecture and solution design experience

Deep understanding of Core Banking processes, capabilities and integration dependencies

Experience with large-scale transformation, migration or modernisation initiatives

Strong knowledge of system integrations, interfaces and data flows

Understanding of API-first, event-driven and cloud-enabled architectures
