Chief of Staff - D2C

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-impact Chief of Staff for our portfolio company based in Pune, who will work closely with the founders and leadership team to drive strategic marketing initiatives, business performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong blend of marketing, business analytics, and strategic thinking, who can convert insights into execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with leadership to drive marketing strategy and execution priorities

- Own business reviews, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights

- Analyze marketing performance across channels and identify growth opportunities

- Build and manage dashboards, reports, and business intelligence frameworks

- Translate data into strategic recommendations and execution plans

- Drive cross-functional projects across marketing, sales, and product teams

- Support leadership in decision-making, planning, and performance tracking

Candidate Profile

- 3 to 5+ years of experience in marketing, business analytics, consulting, or strategy roles

- Strong understanding of marketing metrics, funnels, and customer acquisition

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work with data and derive meaningful insights

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Background

- Candidates from top-tier institutes (IIMs / equivalent)

- Prior experience in founder's office / EIR / strategy / consulting roles

- Preferred from Consumer / D2C / FMCG / Retail businesses

- Exposure to start-up environments or high-growth companies
