Position - Chiller Senior Technician - HVAC

Key Responsibilities
 Lead operation and maintenance of air-cooled and water-cooled chiller systems
 Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and control system faults
 Perform chiller overhauls, compressor work, and major repairs
 Monitor and optimize chiller plant efficiency and energy consumption
 Supervise and guide chiller technicians and operators
 Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and breakdown responses
 Handle refrigerant management: charging, recovery, leak testing
 Coordinate with BMS/control room and OEM service teams
 Ensure proper operation of cooling towers, pumps, and chilled water networks
 Maintain detailed maintenance reports, logs, and compliance records
 Ensure all work follows safety standards and OEM guidelines
