What you’ll be doing:
Lead the team for the rollout of FTTx and drive sales and acquisitions in the designated territory. Responsibilities include managing a sales team, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and ensuring that sales targets and business objectives are met.

What you’ll bring to the team:
  • Responsible for strategic market planning for Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTx) rollout in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Supervising a team responsible for acquisitions and sales of broadband services.
  • Ensuring sales targets are achieved through infrastructure expansion and effective management of Direct Sales Teams (DST), Direct Sales Agents (DSA), and Customer Service Agents (CSA).
  • Identifying Areas of Interest (AOI) in consultation with the state team and validating potential locations.
  • Conducting building mapping and identifying Business Opportunity Index (BOI) for business expansion.
  • Overseeing building acquisitions within designated BOIs.
  • Identifying Local Cable Operators (LCOs) in AOIs and facilitating their signup.
  • Ensuring timely execution of projects within specified timelines.
  • Developing and managing project plans and requirements.
  • Managing regional and zonal FTTX business through business team members and channel partners.
  • Appointing distributors and DSAs to achieve desired output.
  • Planning and monitoring the survey team for mapping cities.
  • Identifying and finalizing priority areas in cities for network deployment.
  • Signing up new DSAs and distributors as per business requirements.
  • Handling building permission/acquisition and sales activities within the designated territory.
  • Planning material and manpower deployment for new area rollouts.
  • Providing direction to the acquisition team on permission-related issues.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure successful rollout of Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) connectivity projects.
Education requirements:
  • MBA from Premier Institute
  • Experience: 12-16 Years of experience preferably in the telecommunications industry.
