We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer (Marine) to oversee offshore piping and rock filling works for subsea pipeline projects and seabed stabilization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing marine construction activities in compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate, and supervise offshore piping installation and rock filling (rock dumping/backfilling) activities • Ensure all marine construction works comply with project drawings, specifications, and quality requirements • Prepare and review method statements, risk assessments, and work procedures for subsea operations • Monitor offshore activities including rock placement for pipeline stabilization, trench backfilling, and seabed leveling • Supervise pipelaying activities, ensuring correct alignment, burial depth, and protection measures • Coordinate with survey teams to verify subsea positions, depths, and rock placement accuracy • Manage offshore construction crews, including foremen, operators, and technicians • Liaise with client representatives, classification societies, and subcontractors on site • Monitor daily progress, prepare reports, and update project schedules • Ensure all materials (rock, aggregates, piping components) meet specifications and are properly documented • Conduct quality inspections for rock gradation, placement thickness, and pipeline bedding • Enforce HSE protocols including dynamic risk assessments and toolbox talks • Assist in resolving technical issues related to seabed conditions, currents, or weather delays • Maintain accurate daily logs of activities, personnel, equipment, and materials used • Coordinate with marine vessels including barges, tippers, and workboats for rock placement operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Marine Engineering • Minimum 5+ years of experience in marine civil works, offshore piping, or subsea construction • Proven experience in rock filling / rock dumping for pipeline stabilization or seabed protection • Knowledge of offshore pipelaying methods (S-lay, J-lay, or towed) and trenching/backfilling techniques • Familiarity with rock placement equipment (fallpipe vessels, side-stone dumping barges) • Understanding of geotechnical and hydrographic survey principles for subsea works • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (Primavera/MS Project is a plus) • Valid offshore survival certificates (BOSIET/HUET) preferred
