Civil Quantity Surveyor [SL]

Prepare and review project cost estimates and budgets.

Review and evaluate subcontractors' quotations and claims.

Carry out quantity measurements and prepare progress claims.

Prepare variation orders and final accounts.

Assist with contract negotiations and contract administration.

Monitor project costs and ensure effective cost control.

Liaise with Project Managers, consultants, clients and subcontractors on commercial and contractual matters.

Ensure all cost-related documents and reports are properly maintained.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
