Project Quantity Surveyor [SL]

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support the commercial and cost management of civil construction and infrastructure projects in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare project cost estimates, budgets and cost reports.

• Evaluate subcontractors' quotations, progress claims and variation claims.

• Perform quantity take-offs and measurements.

• Prepare progress payment claims, variation orders and final accounts.

• Assist in contract negotiations and contractual administration.

• Monitor project costs and ensure effective budget control.

• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, clients and subcontractors on commercial and contractual matters.

• Support the overall commercial management of infrastructure projects.
