Provides clinical leadership and oversight for the management and execution of defined clinical focus areas for a group of service lines. Is a dynamic leader with strong initiative, facilitation, and collaboration skills. Effective and credible across all levels of the organization including medical staff and senior leadership. Solid understanding of data analysis, clinical outcome and process measures, statistical analysis, skilled in interpretation and reporting of results to different stakeholders. A strategic thinking with proven ability to translate service line vision, growth strategies, and actions that will drive clinical outcomes. Possesses a track record of success in partnership with physician and practitioner leaders for clinical quality improvement.
