Co-Lead - Infrastructure Projects & Support| Thrissur
To co-lead the planning, execution, and support of infrastructure projects (IT or physical infrastructure depending on organization), ensuring timely delivery, operational stability, and alignment with business objectives.
- Co-lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects (IT systems, networks, facilities, etc.)
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Monitor execution progress, identify risks, and ensure timely completion
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
- Oversee day-to-day support and maintenance of infrastructure systems
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of systems/services
- Drive incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution
- Maintain service uptime and minimize downtime
