無國界醫生是一個獨立的國際醫療人道救援組織,致力為受武裝衝突、流行病與傳染病和天災影響,以及遭排拒於醫療體系以外的人群提供緊急醫療援助。無國界醫生只會基於人們的需要提供援助,不受種族、宗教、性別或政治因素左右。無國界醫生台北辦公室目前正在招募1位對無國界醫生的宗旨及國際人道事務有興趣的內容行銷與推廣經理加入我們的團隊。



內容行銷與推廣經理

內容行銷與推廣經理負責將媒體推廣協理所制定的傳播策略架構與優先事項,轉化為具影響力且以受眾為核心的具體執行方案。此職位確保各項傳播計畫有效落實,以提升無國界醫生在台灣的能見度、公眾理解與信任;同時統籌核心內容製作、公眾敘事,並確保各項傳播內容與無國界醫生的品牌、價值及原則保持一致。此職位亦負責管理一支精實且高效能的內容與編輯團隊。



主要工作內容:

  • 策略執行與規劃:將無國界醫生(台灣)的傳播策略與年度優先事項轉化為具體可執行的工作計畫及內容行事曆,並協助相關預算執行、採購及內容規劃。
  • 內容策略與編輯領導:主導跨平台的內容與編輯規劃,確保內容能及時、高品質且以受眾為核心地產出;同時統籌跨部門內容需求,並確保內容符合無國界醫生的組織形象與定位。
  • 監測、評估與風險管理:追蹤傳播相關關鍵績效指標,分析成效並提供洞察,同時確保各項傳播內容符合無國界醫生的傳播倫理標準、品牌原則及相關風險管理要求。
  • 人員與團隊管理:督導、培育並支持團隊成員發展,建立協作、具當責精神且高效能的團隊文化,並確保團隊發展與無國界醫生 的價值及傳播目標一致。



資格:

  • 大學以上學歷,傳播、新聞、公共關係或其他相關領域;具碩士學位者尤佳。
  • 具至少 5 年傳播、公共關係或相關領域工作經驗,並具策略規劃與實際執行經驗。
  • 具將組織策略與優先事項轉化為有效傳播計畫,並推動實際執行與落實的能力。
  • 具豐富的內容策略及編輯管理經驗,包括內容行事曆規劃、受眾分群,以及運用數據與分析提升傳播成效。
  • 具跨部門協作與整合傳播經驗,能與數位行銷、募款、營運等不同職能團隊有效合作。
  • 具傳播、內容或編輯製作相關的預算規劃與監控經驗。
  • 具優秀的文字撰寫、編輯、故事敘事及內容品質管理能力。
  • 具國際非政府組織、國際關係或公共衛生領域工作經驗者尤佳。
  • 中、英文聽說讀寫流利,並具優秀的英文撰寫及編輯能力。
  • 熟悉 MS Office 軟體操作。
  • 具良好的組織與工作規劃能力,能同時管理多項工作及時程,並能在壓力下有效完成工作。
  • 認同並致力於實踐無國界醫生的使命與價值。

We offer assistance to people based on need and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation. Communications Manager

The Communications Manager is responsible for translating the strategic communication framework and priorities developed by the Head of Communications into impactful, audience-focused execution. The role ensures the operational implementation of communications plans that increase MSF’s visibility, public understanding, and trust in Taiwan. It oversees core content production, public storytelling, and internal alignment with the MSF brand, values, and principles. The position manages a small but high-performing team of content and editorial professionals.

Major Responsibilities

  • Strategic Implementation & Planning: Translate MSF Taiwan’s communications strategy and annual priorities into actionable plans, content calendars, and related budget, procurement, and content planning.
  • Content Strategy & Editorial Leadership: Lead content and editorial planning across channels, ensuring timely, high-quality and audience-focused delivery, while coordinating cross-departmental content needs and maintaining consistency with MSF’s identity and positioning.
  • Monitoring, Evaluation & Risk Oversight: Track communications KPIs, generate performance insights, and ensure communications outputs comply with MSF’s ethical standards, brand principles, and relevant risk considerations.
  • People & Team Management: Supervise, coach, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture aligned with MSF’s values and communications objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in communications, public relations, or a related field, with experience in both strategic planning and execution.
  • Proven ability to translate organisational priorities into effective communications plans and deliver them through strong operational execution.
  • Strong experience in content strategy and editorial management, including content calendar development, audience segmentation, and the use of data and analytics to improve communications effectiveness.
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional communications and working effectively with functions such as digital, fundraising, and operations.
  • Experience in budget planning and monitoring related to communications, content, or editorial production.
  • Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and content quality management skills.
  • Experience working in international NGOs, international relations, or the public health sector is highly valued.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin), with excellent English writing and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Commitment to the aims and values of Médecins Sans Frontières.
