KBR is growing its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for an exciting, high-profile offshore development in Abu Dhabi. We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager who brings deep expertise in managing mega offshore EPC/PMC projects and delivering world-class construction excellence. The ADNOC PMC project role would be based initially in the contractor's office in Abu Dhabi and will then move to the offshore site location with a 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction activities across all project phases for a major offshore development.
- Ensure project execution aligns with PMC standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.
- Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and site operations.

Requirements
- Minimum overall 20+ years of experience.
- 10+ years in oil and gas industry.
- Must have previous experience working in offshore projects - EPC or PMC.
- Must have at least five (5) years of experience in a similar position for international oil and gas projects.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in offshore projects; preferably having modular / fabrication experience is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering is a must.
