Construction manager

Job Description & Requirements :

*Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building and infrastructure projects.

*Review construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.

*Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and site supervisors.

*Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings and project schedules.

*Monitor site progress and prepare project reports.

*Conduct site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

*Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction.

*Ensure compliance with regulations from authorities such as the Building and Construction Authority and Ministry of Manpower.

*Manage project documentation and maintain engineering records.

*Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

*Minimum 5-10 years of experience in construction or civil engineering projects.

*Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in Singapore.

*Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

*Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

*Good communication and teamwork abilities.
