Construction manager

  • Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building and infrastructure projects.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and site supervisors.
  • Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings and project schedules.
  • Monitor site progress and prepare project reports.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations from authorities such as the Building and Construction Authority and Ministry of Manpower.
  • Manage project documentation and maintain engineering records.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in construction or civil engineering projects.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in Singapore.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
