- Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building and infrastructure projects.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and site supervisors.
- Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings and project schedules.
- Monitor site progress and prepare project reports.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction.
- Ensure compliance with regulations from authorities such as the Building and Construction Authority and Ministry of Manpower.
- Manage project documentation and maintain engineering records.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in construction or civil engineering projects.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in Singapore.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
