CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description

• Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from commencement to completion.

• Supervise daily site operations and monitor project progress.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and site personnel.

• Ensure construction work is completed according to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

• Monitor project costs, manpower allocation, and material requirements.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and relevant Singapore regulations.

• Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings.

• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Relevant experience in construction project management is preferred.

• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage project schedules, manpower, and site activities.

• Knowledge of construction safety requirements and project documentation.

• Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
