Job Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Supervise site operations to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
- Resolve technical and operational issues on site.
- Manage project schedules, manpower, and resources effectively.
- Attend site meetings and liaise with relevant authorities when required.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant construction management experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and site management.
- Familiar with Singapore building regulations and workplace safety requirements.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
