PROJECT MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION)
Summary
Oversee day-to-day construction site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and building codes for residential projects in Singapore.
Roles & Duties:
- Managing day-to-day site coordination and planning implementation; such as liaising with sub-contractors, planning of manpower allocation, materials or equipment scheduling.
- Ensuring that site works are executed accordingly based on approved detailed drawings, interpreted plans, and requirements of the relevant authorities involved.
- Ensuring Workplace Safety and Health Compliance at all times with safety personnel / team.
- To lead a construction team in ensuring smooth execution of daily.
- To perform other ad-hoc tasking as and when required by the company.
Requirement:
- Must be experienced in Landed Residential Construction Project.
- Must be able to read and understand Construction Drawings.
- Must be familiar with Singapore Building Codes and Practices.
- Must be computer literacy so that software such as AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) which can help in the work processes.
- Able to work in a fast-pace environment.
