Position Summary:
As a Crew Chief at IHOP, you are a front-line leader who sets the tone for service and supports the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You lead by example, provide real-time coaching, and help maintain a high-energy, high-performance environment.
Responsibilities:
- Model exceptional guest service
- Support Servers during peak periods
- Coach team members in real time
- Assist with service flow and table management
- Communicate with kitchen and leadership
- Reinforce standards and expectations
- Support training of new employees
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Physical Requirements:
