Job Purpose

The Customer Acquisition Associate is responsible for acquiring new customers, converting leads into active riders/drivers, and supporting revenue growth by promoting the company’s mobility and leasing solutions. The role focuses on field and inbound sales, customer education, onboarding support, and maintaining strong customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Acquisition

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new customers through field sales, referrals, walk-ins, and inbound leads.

  • Promote company products and services lease-to-own.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain pricing, contracts, and value propositions.

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.

Lead Management & Conversion

  • Follow up on assigned leads promptly and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

  • Convert qualified leads into signed customers by guiding them through the sales funnel.

  • Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions to close deals.

Customer Onboarding Support

  • Support new customers through the onboarding process, including documentation and initial training coordination.

  • Ensure customers clearly understand contract terms, payment structures, and operational expectations.

  • Hand over onboarded customers smoothly to the Training team.

Reporting & Administration

  • Submit daily and weekly sales activity and performance reports.

  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversions, and customer feedback.

  • Share market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback with the Sales Lead.

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Work closely with Sales, Training, Customer Support, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal required ethical standards.



Requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience


  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer acquisition, or field sales (experience in mobility, telecoms, fin tech, or asset financing is an advantage).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
