Requirements:
√ Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in customer service, order processing, or a similar role
√ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
√ Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
√ Strong customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills
√ Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Responsibilities:
√ Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels
√ Follow up on deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction
√ Resolve customer complaints promptly
√ Maintain accurate customer and order records
√ Prepare customer service reports and track complaint trends
