Job Description
- Design, implement, and maintain network security solutions to safeguard organisational assets.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing on network systems.
- Monitor security incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
- Develop and enforce network security policies and best practices.
- Work with stakeholders to address security risks and compliance requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and help internal teams on network security matters.
- Stay updated with the latest security threats and industry trends.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation on security incidents and preventive measures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Security Consultant - Network Security should have:
- Strong knowledge of network security technologies.
- Work with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Familiarity with industry security standards and compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve security incidents effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications such are advantageous.
