Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse IT service requirements.
- Develop and document service design processes and workflows.
- Ensure alignment between IT services and business needs.
- Monitor and improve service delivery standards.
- Support the implementation of IT service design initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation for service-related processes.
- Provide input on technology improvements to enhance service quality.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving service design issues.
The Successful Applicant
A successful IT Service Design Analyst should have:
- Experience in the Financial Services industry or similar sector.
- Strong knowledge of IT service design principles and practices.
- Proficiency in analysing and documenting technical requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
